Prepare the surface
Remove dust, chalk, grease and loose material. Repair cracks and let repairs cure. Damp or dirty surfaces are the most common cause of early failure.

Apply in full coats
Brush, roller or spray. Keep a wet edge, avoid over thinning and allow the recommended time between coats so the film builds properly.
Protect and inspect
Keep the fresh film clear of rain and traffic while it cures. Inspect once a year and touch up edges and joints early.
